Monday Morning Bootcamp
Join Lindsey Rozzi every Monday morning to start your week off with a fun and supportive Boot Camp class! Class begins at 7am - join us for a combination of strength training, cardio, agility, and flexibility in this 60-minute class. This is a perfect way to kick off the week and feel great!
Monday, 7-8am, $15 per class

Wednesday Night Stretch
Feel your best at the midway point of the week! This 30-minute class will help you focus on increasing your flexibility and improving the way your muscles feel and function. Lindsey Rozzi leads this encouraging class - perfect for every fitness level!

Friday Afternoon Sixty & Strong
Every Friday afternoon from 12-1pm, join Lindsey Rozzi for a fun, supportive group for our 60 & Strong class! Designed especially for for anyone age 60 and up, this class will work on strength, cardio, and agility while providing adaptations. Learn some new moves to help your independence!
Friday, 12-1pm, $15 per class

Saturday Morning Bootcamp
Burn off the stress of the week with Maureen Conley every Saturday morning. This Boot Camp style class is perfect for all fitness levels - it focuses on strength, cardio, and agility while providing adaptations to get the most of this 60-minute class.
Saturday, 8:30-9:30am, $15 per class
