A team like no other.
Ready to help you every step of the way.

Who We Are

At Great Day Personal Training, we are all about wellness. We genuinely care about helping each person become healthier and happier. We create a positive and supportive environment to help people reach their goals and improve their lives in all aspects. There is no "cookie cutter" generic programming here; every program is customized and appropriate just for you.

It all starts with a consultation where we chat about your goals, any past experiences, time constraints, and more. We meet with some clients twice a week, others once a month, and others in a group of two. We are flexible and will find what works best for you; there are no minimum or maximum number of meetings. And best of all, there are no contracts at Great Day Personal Training; all training is pay-as-you-go. We also create programs for people to do at home, for travel, and at other fitness facilities. We will keep you motivated and supported to keep pushing yourself and achieving greatness.

Our clients come from all walks of life, from kids to seniors, and everything in between. We love the diversity and the challenge each individual client brings to us. Our core values are hard work and positive energy and we believe these are the keys to success. We will challenge you in a way that is appropriate for you while having fun along the way!
